Key Benefits of the New Contract Preview & Approval Feature:
1. Instant Contract Preview
As soon as you complete a worker’s onboarding information, you can instantly preview the contract directly from our platform—no need to wait or navigate away to a separate screen. This allows you to quickly verify all necessary details in real-time.
2. Approve with Confidence
After reviewing the contract, simply click 'Approve' to send it to our Guardians team for final review. Rest assured that the contract's content and key clauses are standardized to ensure full compliance and consistency with country-specific legislation.
3. Easily Make Allowed Changes
If you notice any necessary edits, click "Make Changes" to go back to the order form and modify the relevant fields. Once updates are made, you can preview the revised contract again and approve it with just a click—keeping the process seamless and under your control.

Once you click “Approve,” the contract is sent to our Guardians team for a final review to ensure everything meets our compliance and legal standards. After that, the contract will be ready for finalization and execution.
2. Can I customize contract clauses?
For compliance reasons, the body and clauses of the contract are fixed. This ensures that all contracts are legally sound and adhere to local laws and regulations. However, you can modify specific fields within the work order form (e.g., salary amount, vacation days, and country-specific benefits and allowances), and these changes will be reflected in the contract.
3. What if I need to make changes after previewing the contract?
If any details need to be revised, simply click "Make Changes" to return to the work order form, update the necessary fields, and then preview the revised contract before submitting it for approval.
4. Is this feature available in all locations?
Currently, this feature is available in select Local Market (LM) locations, as listed above. We plan to expand access to more regions in the near future.
5. Will this feature affect the time it takes to onboard workers?
This feature is designed to speed up the contract management process, so you can expect faster onboarding times as contracts are previewed and approved directly through the platform.
