Our GEO worker onboarding process simplifies global hiring for GEO clients by providing a customized form tailored to each country's requirements. By submitting worker details, job roles, and more, you can streamline the onboarding process and generate draft worker contracts effortlessly.
Key Features:
Order Dashboard:
- Track Active Onboards: Once you sign in as the assigned Client Contact for Onboarding, you can access the order dashboard. This dashboard allows you to track the progress of your team's onboarding and complete your assigned worker's onboarding form.
Worker Onboarding Form:
- The worker's GEO onboarding form must be completed and submitted to initiate the onboarding process. You can access and complete the onboarding form for your new worker via the dashboard by clicking on the three dots on the right-hand side.
- Once completed, the onboarding form provides all the necessary information to generate the worker's contract for their location.
Contract Preview Automation:
- New Feature for 23 Locations: We have introduced a new feature called Contract Preview Automation, available initially for our GEO clients in specific local market locations. This feature allows you to preview and approve contracts directly within the order form.
