1. Can I change the language of the platform?
Yes, of course! In your profile go to “Employment data” and choose the language in which you prefer to use the tool.
2. What's the difference between holidays and absences?
Holidays represent compulsory annual paid time off, whereas absences encompass instances of being absent from work for various reasons, such as illness, marriage, or relocation.
3. How can I request holidays?
It's easy! Visit your "Holidays" dashboard and select “Request holidays”. Select your desired days by clicking on the first day and then clicking again on the last day. You also have the option to add a comment for your manager. Requested holidays will always be deducted from the oldest calendar with available days by default. Once you are happy, hit “Request”.

4. How can I check how many holidays I have left?
Within your "Holidays" section, at the top of the page, you can find the available days for each year, associated pending requests, and review your history of accepted or rejected requests.
The first number (in green) displays how many days you have left to take for that year. Whilst the second number (in grey) shows the number of days that have been accrued so far.
5. Why do I have available holidays for different years?
Holiday entitlement is dependent on your length of service, therefore your available holiday days in the system are split according to your year of service.
For example, if you started employment during 2022, your first year of holiday entitlement will be shown in 2022. Your second year of holiday entitlement will be shown in 2023 and so on.
6. Can I delete a holiday request that I've already sent?
Yes, you can, as long as you haven't used your days off yet. Once you cancel your holiday request, these days will be available again in your general holiday balance.
7. How to create an absence request (including Personal Days)?
Go to “Absences” and then click on “Request absence”, you'll see a pop-up window where you'll fill in all the information about your absence. When you are finished, click “Request”. Your manager will be notified to approve your absence.
Here, you will also be able to view how many days remaining you have for specific absence types, such as Personal Days.
8. Can I add supporting documents to my absence requests?
The procedure for collecting the documents required for absence leave will continue unchanged, following the same process within our Global Support Center.
9. Who shall approve my requests?
Your manager. On your profile you'll find all your validators listed under “Employment data”.
