The Safeguard Global Support Center (GSC) for our clients and workers provides access to all your support inquiries, knowledge content and learning materials in one location.

Purpose of the GSC

When accessing the Support Center portal, you will be able to use the following features and benefits:  

• Inquiry Management– request, review and respond to all your support inquiries in one place with filtering capabilities to quickly identify inquiries that may require actions from you or your team. 
• Learning Center – access to training materials and related content for Safeguard Global’s products and services

How can you access the GSC? 

Whether you are a brand new or may have just forgotten your password, you may follow these steps to gain access using your registered email:

• Access using this link: geoservices.safeguardglobal.com:
• Click on Sign In in the upper-right.
• Click on Forgot my password in the pop-up window.
• A new pop-up window will open requesting your email address. Once you submit your email address, you will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your password.
