Purpose of the GSC
When accessing the Support Center portal, you will be able to use the following features and benefits:
- Inquiry Management– request, review and respond to all your support inquiries in one place with filtering capabilities to quickly identify inquiries that may require actions from you or your team.
- Learning Center – access to training materials and related content for Safeguard Global’s products and services
How can you access the GSC?
Whether you are a brand new or may have just forgotten your password, you may follow these steps to gain access using your registered email:
- Access using this link: geoservices.safeguardglobal.com:
- Click on Sign In in the upper-right.
- Click on Forgot my password in the pop-up window.
- A new pop-up window will open requesting your email address. Once you submit your email address, you will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your password.
