We're constantly enhancing our services to provide you with the best experience possible. As we strive for continuous improvement, we want to announce that we will perform a system upgrade for the Safeguard Global Support Center (GSC) beginning at 11:00 PM GMT on Friday, August 2nd, and lasting until Sunday, August 4th.
This enhancement will bring a host of new features to the GSC, designed with you in mind.
The system upgrade will allow us to implement additional functionality in the GSC later this year. You can look forward to expanded communication options, including local calling capabilities in most countries and messaging integration. We will keep you informed every step of the way as these features roll out throughout 2024.
What is expected from you?
Between Friday, August 2nd, 11:00 PM GMT and Sunday, August 4th:
- Please do not reply to previous emails/queries from any safeguardglobal.com email addresses.
- Please do not submit new queries/send new emails.
- Please do not log into the Safeguard Global Support Center (GSC).
How will I know the upgrade is complete?
- You will receive an update via email on your existing requests once the upgrade is complete. Please ensure that you reply to that message and not a previous one, as your request will have a new reference number.
- Then, you may resume submitting GEO requests through the GSC: geoservices.safeguardglobal.com.
- Regarding requests for our Global Pay teams, please submit them through servicecentre.safeguardworld.com.
- You may log into the upgraded Safeguard Global Support Center (GSC) at that same time to monitor existing requests or submit new ones to our teams.
